Product was as described and delivery was timely

Product was as described and delivery was timely. All I can ask from a vendor that isn't also the manufacturer. In terms of the product itself, instructions weren't great, but we were able to find demos on YouTube that addressed the inconsistencies, and the cleaning process was then relatively straightforward.
